Andi Memi is a partner and one of the founders of HM&H. His practice focuses on banking law, insurance law, energy law, tax law and real estate.

 

Andi regularly advises major banks and insurance companies in operational and regulatory matters. He also specializes in tax law, energy law and project development.

 

Andi has handled a significant number of transactions ranging from major acquisitions in the insurance and financial sector to major energy concessions and real estate development projects.

 

He has moreover assisted investors during the planning procedures, for licensing and regulatory issues as well as during project implementation phases.

 

Andi has been involved in the drafting of key legal Acts, such as the commercial registry law (effective from 2007).

 

Andi received a J.D. equivalent from Tor Vergata University Law School.

 

He is qualified for representation before all levels of the Albanian judiciary.

 

Andi is recognized by The Legal 500 as a Leading Individual in Albania.
