We have been involved in different types of residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

Our firm has assisted clients in relation to bidding and tendering procedures, land acquisitions and security issues, regulatory approvals, negotiating EPC and turnkey contracts, complying with health and safety plans and regulatory requirements and dealing with FIDIC governed agreements.

The firm moreover assists international construction companies in obtaining the necessary construction sector licenses and professional permits necessary to conduct works in Albania, and regularly advises them in relation to construction sector regulatory matters.

Finally, our team of lawyers has substantial experience in construction related disputes brought before the Albanian courts or arbitration panels, including FIDIC related disputes, and is therefore able to assist clients in all main aspects of the construction business.
