Eris Hoxha is a partner and one of the founders of HM&H.

​

His practice focuses on public law, international law and EU law.

​

In 2005 Eris was appointed as head of the Albanian Tourism Agency and in 2007 was elected a member of the Albanian Parliament.

After January 2010 he returned to the profession and to his position as partner in the firm.

​

Eris actively deals with several legal drafting and regulatory reform projects. He advises investors on a wide range of public law and regulatory matters, including immigration, in different industry sectors such as energy and oil.

​

He has, moreover, actively participated in public law reform initiatives by advising and preparing recommendations for key reforms of Albania’s judicial system.

​

Eris received a J.D. equivalent as well as an LLM from Utrecht University Law School.

​

He is qualified for representation before all levels of the Albanian judiciary.
