Ilir Johollari is a partner at Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha.

Ilir’s practice focuses on energy, tax, commercial and corporate law.

He has also consolidated experience of administrative contentious and litigating matters with a special focus on tax disputes.

​

Ilir has been involved in a number of high value and complex transactions and advised clients in matters ranging from concessions to privatizations of public companies and utilities, to infrastructure regulatory matters.

​

Moreover he has provided advice and assistance to several investors in relation to governance matters and to compliance of business policies with antitrust and competition regulations.

Ilir received a J.D. equivalent from La Sapienza University Law School. Additionally, he obtained a Master’s degree from La Sapeinza University Faculty of Economy.

Ilir is qualified for representation before all levels of the Albanian judiciary.
