Selena’s practice focuses on banking, insurance and financing matters. Her practice also includes employment law and commercial contracts.

Selena has solid experience of financing projects, mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate restructuring.

She actively advises a number of banks and financial institutions on day-to-day business matters as well as complex regulatory matters. She has also been involved in a number of due diligence reviews related to restructuring and M&As in the banking and insurance sector.

Selena received a J.D. equivalent from the law school of University of Strasbourg III Robert Schuman. Additionally, she obtained a Master’s degree from the law school of University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.

Selena is a qualified Albanian lawyer.
